Well, if you were hoping to read news of the Dakar Rally this morning, the news is that the race was canceled on Friday due to a specific terrorist attack. Hopefully the NAIAS will go off without incident next week, as we're looking forward to learning more about some vehicles and technologoes that will be unveiled there: the list of the latest on the green front includes the Saturn Vue 2-mode hybrid, the Audi R8 V12 TDI concept, and Ford's EcoBoost GTDI engines.
