The new year is here and that means countless Top Ten lists have recently come and gone. We have one question: how come a list of the ten best concept cars of 2007 does not include the Chevy Volt? Is AutoblogGreen a little too certain that this car deserves a place on a list like that? Looking towards the future, we've been seeing reports that oil prices are set to continue their upward climb.
